If you purchased the first four volumes, you need not hesitate in buying the fifth. For it is again brimful with quite some discoveries. Two composers that were unknown to me (*) and music that I never heard before, all delivered by Belder in a convincing manner on beautiful instruments.
There is a short history concerning composers and works in the booklet, but in rather short measure. Which is a pity, for these details are bread and butter to the interested listener. The sound is good. Peter Arts is a fine recording engineer. So there is really nothing to complain. If you like the style in which Belder is playing, this twofar is a safe bet. Recommended.
