I can say without any reservation that these recordings rank amongst the very best on the market. There is no doubt about the artistic merit, or validity of the interpretations. Authentic, authoritative and musically complete. With one of the best BC I have heard over the years. Always there in a pleasant way and a voice of its own, it gives the violinists a ample basis to work their magic as is apparent in the present recordings. In my view there is no reason to resist this complete box, you get one of the best interpretations on the market. The first volume of the Violin sonatas is breathtakingly beautiful, and the recording is really superb!

Bach, Johann Sebastian (1685-1750) The Complete Organ Works. Hanssler Edition. (CD 4)

After listening to the fourth disc in this series on which Andrea Macon plays early works by Bach I decided to stop wasting my time with him...
